Marketing Manager

Summary:
The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing initiatives across its diverse product lines of med devices which serve cardiac surgery, infusion therapy, and ophthalmology. You will be managing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in alignment with the Director of Sales and Marketing ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Events Management and coordination: Leading, planning and setting up Events and trade shows.
- Supporting Manufacturing: Drafting Change orders, revising product labelling.
- Brand Management: Oversee the creation and management of marketing messaging, collateral, and presentations from ideation to production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Analytical mindset for identifying opportunities: Through market analysis of customer and competitor research and data.
- Constant campaign optimization: Utilizing data, hands-on research (VOC) and HCP information gathering to understand how to consistently improve the marketing message and tailor campaigns to be customer centric.
- Collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams:
- Digital Marketing growth: Drive the expansion of the Digital Marketing Platforms, including website analytics/metrics and social media optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Gaining buy in from all levels of stakeholders including C-suite, agencies/vendors, multi-disciplinary teams (Digital, Sales, KOLs, engineering, regulatory etc.),
- People Management: Overseeing and delegating a small team whilst also being an individual contributor.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven record of accomplishment of success in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding an experience in all aspects of the product life cycle (Product launch, relaunches, lifecycle management & optimization/innovation.)
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, particularly within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including website analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to be on-site 5 days in the office as all products, manufacturing and warehouse distro centres are all on the same premises and done in-house, so it is beneficial to be amongst your key stakeholders (Always flexibility with things like child pick up or illnesses).
- Valid Drivers License.
