Mindera Code Academy approaches technical education from the perspective of people involved in highly technical, agile organizations. Our purpose is to create accessible training to students that is tightly aligned with industry needs and agile methodology. Our US academy is recruiting instructors with skills in QA, Agile, Java, JavaScript, C#.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in front end, back end, game development, or quality assurance engineering
- Experience with Java and Springboot
- Experience with REST
- Experience with Relational Databases / SQL
- Experience with SOLID principles
- Experience with (Unit) Testing
- Experience with Build systems (Jenkins, Travis..)
- Experience with Unity or Unreal
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent preparation & presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent listening skills
- A strong team player
- Be based on the Space Coast of Florida, or be willing to travel for in person classes
Pay scale range
- $35 - $57 an hour depending upon experience
These positions are based in Melbourne, Florida and will require on-site instruction as well as virtual instruction, online mentoring, and a strong understanding of remote working techniques. We want our students to learn all the tools our devs use, so the courses need to be as agile as your work practice.
