We are seeking a Sales Leader to develop and grow our sales consultants for the greater Chicagoland area. This position will be the key that drives our revenue and grows our market share. We intend to double our annual revenue by 2025 and this is an excellent opportunity to join our company and share in our success.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Leader at Boss Roofing, you will coach your team to consistently identify new sources of business, maintain high productivity and sales standards and achieve sales quotas within your protected territory.

Additional responsibilities of the Sales Leader can include:

•Cold-calling homeowners and businesses in person.

•Running meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present the appropriate solutions

•Negotiating sales contracts
