Position Overview:

Providertech.ai is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise with a passion for healthcare innovation, and transformative technology. The ideal candidate will be adept at selling cutting-edge AI powered patient engagement products to hospitals, healthcare systems, and provider and payer organizations. Leveraging your sales experience, industry expertise and network, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering value-based solutions to meet the complex challenges of modern healthcare. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare technology and make a meaningful impact on patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed sales quotas and objectives.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the healthcare sector.
  3. Client Acquisition: Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for Providertech.ai products within the mid-enterprise healthcare market.
  4. Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand clients' unique needs and challenges and demonstrate how our AI agents can address those needs effectively.
  5. Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and articulate the value proposition of our solution to prospective clients.
  6. Healthcare & Regulatory Expertise: Understand the unique challenges and regulatory environment of the healthcare industry to effectively position Providertech.ai solutions.
  7. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts to foster trust and credibility, including healthcare executives, IT professionals, and clinicians.
  8. Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process effectively, from prospecting and generating new leads to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads.
  9. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
  11. Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to sales management using CRM tools and reporting mechanisms.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry and/or SaaS industry.
  • Strong existing relationships within mid-enterprise hospitals, healthcare systems, and provider and payer organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient engagement strategy, and technology applications in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and tradeshows as needed.
