About the job

Position Overview:


In this role, you will focus on the creation of creator facing Airtable based tools and services. These are the tools and services that provide creators, such as independent authors, publishers, distributors, agents, managers, and narrators, with what they need to grow & monetize their content and audience.


Day to Day:

  • Help drive the product strategy and vision
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams from product, engineering, data science, design, marketing, content, finance, legal and more.
  • Help define the technical approach to provide the best scalable Airtable based solutions for creators.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with creators and stakeholders. Proactively manage expectations.
  • Create best-in-class Airtable based systems and workflows.
  • Use data to drive decisions, targeting metrics for success, and measuring results against them.
  • Inspire & motivate teams around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap.


Qualifications:

  • BS in engineering, computer science, or similar discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, building, maintaining, and supporting Airtable based solutions in an Enterprise environment.
  • Experience with agile and lean product management methodology and best practices.
