Senior Integration Risk Analyst – ServiceNow GRC/IRM Location: Chicago, IL or Arizona (Onsite)Contract Duration: 1–3 years (potential extensions)Industry: Global Banking / Corporate OfficeWe are supporting a well-known global bank in hiring a Senior Integration Risk Analyst (ServiceNow GRC/IRM) to join their Risk Controls Enhancements (RCE) initiative—an enterprise-wide program focused on modernizing and consolidating Governance, Risk, and Controls (GRC) processes, data, and reporting.This position requires strong experience in financial risk environments and direct partnership with audit, risk, and compliance teams. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise with ServiceNow IRM/GRC. This is not an ITSM-focused ServiceNow role.About the RoleThe Senior Business Analyst, GRC/IRM, will serve as a functional subject matter expert responsible for defining and documenting business requirements for ServiceNow IRM. The role includes leading discovery workshops, performing process analysis, and acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with enterprise GRC strategies.ResponsibilitiesLead workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to define, analyze, and validate GRC/IRM requirementsTranslate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteriaDevelop risk-related artifacts including risk registers, assessment methodologies, and control frameworksConduct business process analysis and recommend improvementsCollaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate configuration aligned to requirementsCreate dashboards and reporting to support visibility into risk and compliance postureDevelop test plans, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteriaProvide ongoing subject matter expertise for implemented IRM solutionsStay current on ServiceNow IRM releases and industry GRC trendsRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRCMinimum 10 years of professional experience in risk management, enterprise risk, or GRCDemonstrated experience translating complex business requirements into ServiceNow IRM functional specificationsExpertise in IRM capabilities including Risk Identification, RCSA, Issue Management, Incident Management, Loss Events, and Controls TestingExperience working within financial services risk environments and with audit/risk teamsStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with Agile or other iterative development methodologiesExperience with other risk management platforms or enterprise risk processesWork RequirementsMust be able to work onsite at either the Chicago, IL or Arizona corporate officeMust have experience working within regulated financial institutionsPrior experience supporting enterprise GRC modernization efforts is strongly preferredIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in contributing to a major enterprise risk transformation initiative, please reach out for more information or to be considered for the role.Rate $70/hr+ - Market rates based on skill level
