Our client is a leading Healthcare & Technology student centered school that strives daily to be the premiere choice for an Allied Health and IT Education. They are looking to add a Liason Recruiter who will be the direct communication between Healthcare and Tech facilities and our client's campus to promote the school and request presence at their local job fairs in the Miami area.
About the role: The Job Fair Liaison and Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting top talent to the organization by representing the company at job fairs and other recruitment events. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and networking skills, as well as a proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment. By effectively engaging with job seekers and promoting the organization's employment opportunities, the Job Fair Liaison and Recruiter contributes to the success and growth of the organization's workforce. In additional, this person will source and contact medical and IT organizations to establish and partnership and bring the college into their job fairs to attract potential students.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years working at job fairs and attracting candidates and/or students to opportunities
- Recruiting for Medical or IT experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications/ Campus Vue a plus
- College campus recruiting experience preferred
- Business Development experience preferred
- Familiarity with different healthcare organizations in the area
Compensation:
- $90-100K annually
