Position Details:

Job Overview:


Under general supervision this position is responsible for the integration for all new type vehicles at the company. Primary responsibilities will be Committee Management, Topic Steering & Process Documentation.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Committee management for project steering meeting and weekly ramp up meeting for both vehicle and battery plant.
  • Organization of ramp-up committees such as AK Transition to Plant and TPL Plant Reko.
  • Work with eLite for committee steering.
  • Serves as a key contact between company and MO Project Management for new type planning vehicles and batteries in order to ensure proper communication and information exchange between the American and German institutions.
  • Plan, check and act to implement interdisciplinary workshops and/or project meetings.
  • Document the teams' processes in a defined format to ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Perform safe work practices and participate in trainings and safety programs in a positive and proactive way by following safety rules, procedures, regulations, standards and laws. Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and injuries to supervisor or Human Resources.
  • Work safely 100% of the time.
  • Performs other duties as required.



Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in:

  • Business Administration
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Or related area or the equivalent combination of education and experience
