Human Resource Manager

What You'll Do:
- Spearhead the management and implementation of Human Resources Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, and Tools for your designated mill
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources to tailor organizational HR policies to the mill's specific context, ensuring they're both adequate and well-understood by staff
- Conduct on-site employee training, facilitating the development and execution of suitable HR management responses, including plans and Standard Operating Procedures that align with Plymouth's policy and standards
- Offer expert HR advice across all levels of staff, leading the overall HR functions such as workforce planning, recruitment, staff administration management, and more for your designated mills
- Participate in departmental activities, aiming for continuous education, engagement in annual conferences, and research activities
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory; 5+ years in Human Resources Management essential
- HR Professional Certification (SPHR) or SHRM-SPC is a plus
- Multi-site HR management experience is highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, with a generalist background
- Proficient with MS Office and experience with HRIS, preferably Ceridian Dayforce
