Job Description: As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include clinical tasks, patient coordination, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Room patients, record vital signs, and manage EMR documentation.
  • Administer injections and perform treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track and manage patient referrals, hospitalizations, and lab results.
  • Ensure examination rooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program with a valid certification.
  • Clinical experience including administering injections and assisting physicians.
  • Familiarity with Athena EMR is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced medical environment is beneficial.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Additional Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Uniform: Royal blue scrubs (white tops allowed), closed-toe no-slip shoes, and minimal jewelry.
