Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist with expertise in Analytical Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assay development, HPLC methods, and a background in biotech, particularly in RNA vaccine development. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research and play a key role in the development of novel therapies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of analytical assays for the characterization and quality control of RNA vaccine candidates.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments to evaluate the efficacy and stability of vaccine formulations using a variety of analytical techniques.
  • Establish and validate HPLC methods for the quantification and characterization of RNA vaccines and related components.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with research, development, and manufacturing teams to support the advancement of vaccine candidates from preclinical to clinical stages.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on analytical methods, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, scientific literature, and regulatory requirements relevant to analytical development in biotech and vaccine development.


Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical development within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in assay development, particularly in methods for RNA characterization and quantification.
  • Strong proficiency in HPLC method development and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with RNA vaccines or nucleic acid-based therapeutics is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for analytical method validation and GMP compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring junior staff and guiding project strategy.
