Role Description

Saddlers Row seeks an outgoing, knowledgeable, and personable sales associate to join our sales team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson at Saddlers Row. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers with product selection, providing outstanding customer service, conducting sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Retail Salesperson will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch service to our equestrian community.

Qualifications

• Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in a retail or customer service role
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• 1+ years of equine experience is a required
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus
