  • Actively participate in operational support for the team, proactively identifying and resolving root causes of operational issues.
  • Troubleshoot software failures, even in code authored by others, demonstrating a deep understanding of software architecture and design.
  • Continuously learn new techniques and idioms from team members, seeking and providing feedback to improve code quality.
  • Collaborate closely with peers in a team-based, agile development environment.
  • Independently solve problems and, when needed, escalate to team members or managers for guidance.
  • Embrace agility, adaptability, and the ability to "go with the flow," learning new technologies as required by the project.

  • Experience with AWS technologies, including S3, SQS, EC2, ECS, and Data Lake (deep dive expertise preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on challenging tasks.
  • Track record of minimizing repeated mistakes and troubleshooting software failures effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in an agile development environment.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Nice To Have:

  • Background in control systems or robotics.
  • Familiarity with a diverse set of programming languages and technologies.
  • Mentorship or leadership experience within a software development team.
  • A passion for staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
