Job Title: Technical Project ManagerDuration: Long-Term (Hybrid)Location: Dallas, TX About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes. The ideal candidate must be technically hands-on, capable of understanding complex architectures, integrations, and delivery workflows, while ensuring strong project governance and stakeholder alignment across global teams. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across onshore and offshore teamsDrive project planning, execution, tracking, and closure with strong documentation and reportingUnderstand and contribute to technical discussions involving Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud components, and microservicesReview API specifications, data models, and integration workflows to ensure quality and alignment with business needsCoordinate integration between Pega-based workflows and Customer Experience PlatformsWork closely with architects and developers to identify risks early and drive mitigation plansManage client communication, stakeholder expectations, and status updates with clarity and confidenceFacilitate team collaboration, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery timelines are metOwn scope, sprint planning, dependency management, and change controlDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performanceNegotiate delivery timelines and priorities with business and client partners Required Skills & Experience7–12 years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years as a Technical Project ManagerStrong technical foundation in:Java & Spring BootREST API design and integration patternsDatabase concepts, tables, and SQL queriesMiddleware and enterprise integration toolsExperience working with Pega applications and Customer Experience PlatformsProven ability to lead distributed agile teams across multiple time zonesExcellent client management, communication, and stakeholder leadership capabilitiesStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) Preferred Qualifications:Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Agile PM certificationExperience in multi-region delivery programsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Experience in Service Delivery Management or account-facing roles
