Position Overview: As our Product Development Operations Coordinator, you will be the key to ensuring our product development process runs smoothly from start to finish. This role demands strong organizational skills, data-driven decision-making, and a high level of Excel proficiency. You will manage vendor relationships, maintain product timelines, and collaborate with our cross-functional teams to bring amazing products to life. Candidates with a strong background in product or project management will excel in this role.



Location and Hours:

  • Location: Shelton, CT
  • Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office 5 Days Per Week
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Vendor Whisperer: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring timely and accurate information to keep product timelines on track.
  • Data Dynamo: Excel is your playground You'll create, manage, and analyze data spreadsheets, generating insights that drive decision-making in product development.
  • Sample Sensei: Ensure product samples meet quality standards before they move to the next stages, including photography and production.
  • System Sleuth: Oversee product approvals and purchase orders, maintaining data accuracy and compliance across systems.
  • Archive Aficionado: Maintain a thorough archive of product documentation, working closely with the Quality Assurance team.
  • Collaboration Connoisseur: Participate in cross-functional team meetings, driving alignment and progress across departments to meet project goals.
