Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
  • UX Bootcamp Design certificate
  • Design systems experience (using at minimum but hopefully contributing/maintaining)
  • Figma experience (component building important)
  • Product design experience
  • Presentation/Facilitation experience
  • Systems thinking experience
  • Design tokens experience
  • Experience with UI Design, UX Design, and Design Systems
  • Experience building reusable Figma design components
  • Detailed orientated
  • Strong Communication – Written, Verbal, Organizational
  • Mobile (native) design systems experience a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the design system and component library
  • Review designs for alignment
  • Research UX best practices, accessibility / Audits across the site/designs / Proposal Prep for Governance / Facilitation of governance and open office hours
  • Figma Graphic Creation / Documentation
  • Help desk support
  • Figma component creation
