CPG brand seeking a dynamic and talented Preditor (Producer / Editor) to join our marketing team on a temp to perm basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shooting, producing, and editing videos, with a particular emphasis on creating engaging content for social media platforms. This hybrid role requires the ability to work both onsite in Irvine, CA, and remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content tailored for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Editing: Edit video footage to create compelling and shareable content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute video content strategies that enhance brand presence and engagement on social media platforms.
• Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Technical Skills: Utilize professional video equipment and editing software to produce polished and professional video content.
• Creative Input: Provide creative direction and input during brainstorming sessions to generate innovative video content ideas.
• Hybrid Work: Work both onsite in Irvine, CA, and remotely as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet project needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shooting, producing, and editing videos, particularly for social media.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the type of video content that performs well on each.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
