Oracle Cloud Security Consultant

CSI Companies is seeking experienced Oracle Cloud Security Senior Consultants to support enterprise Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives across multiple client environments. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Cloud security solutions while supporting large scale ERP, HCM, and SCM programs.

This opportunity is ideal for a security professional who enjoys translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud security solutions, partnering with stakeholders, and leading security workstreams across complex transformation programs.

You will work closely with client stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, deploy, and support Oracle Cloud security solutions that align with operational, compliance, and governance requirements.

Hours: Standard business hours

Location: Remote with up to 50% travel

Pay: Competitive rate based on experience, education, and credentials

Work Authorization

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for W2 employment. No sponsorship and no corp to corp arrangements are available.

What you will do

• Design and configure security roles, access models, and controls within Oracle Cloud applications

• Support security workstreams across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM implementations

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into role design, provisioning, and segregation of duties requirements

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to test, remediate, and deploy Oracle Cloud security solutions

• Document security requirements, design decisions, testing results, defects, and remediation plans

• Support implementation, enhancement, and post go live security activities

• Conduct security reviews, testing, and validation efforts

• Participate in client workshops, design sessions, and requirements gathering activities

• Support governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives

• Lead or contribute to project workstreams while ensuring quality deliverables and timely execution

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Accounting, Business, or a related field

• 4 or more years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle Cloud Security

• 4 or more years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or a combination of those modules

• Experience with role design, user provisioning, segregation of duties, security testing, and access controls

• Experience supporting at least 1 Oracle Cloud implementation, enhancement, or transformation initiative

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

• Ability to travel up to 50%

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud

• Experience with automated controls solutions

• Experience with cross functional Oracle Cloud security design

• Experience supporting audit, compliance, or remediation initiatives

• Experience leading client workshops and security design sessions

• Oracle Cloud certifications

• Experience with reporting security, integration security, or environment migrations
