Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to streamline business processes and drive efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications to ensure they continue to meet evolving business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Stay abreast of ServiceNow best practices and new features, continuously enhancing our platform's capabilities.
  • Participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and improvements to drive ongoing optimization.
  • Document development processes, configurations, and customizations to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise in UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and scripting in ServiceNow.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
