Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise in UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
