  • Quality Assurance: Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Commissioning and Handover: Manage commissioning activities, ensuring all systems are tested, documented, and operational at handover.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain project continuity and minimize disruptions.
  • Hybrid Work Integration: Collaborate effectively during a 30-60 day hybrid work period, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on data center projects.
  • Proven experience with a General Contractor (GC) or as a trade professional (electrical or mechanical contractor).
  • Deep understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and their integration in data center environments.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Revit).
  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management a plus.

Relocation:

  • Willingness to relocate within 60 days to be closer to the project site.

Additional Attributes:
