Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of transactional sales and market data to identify key insights, trends, market size, and growth potential.
  • Evaluate and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring it is processed, cleaned, and verified for accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify critical data sources and automate ETL data collection and processing workflows.
  • Perform advanced analytics on real estate market and transactional sales data, including market segmentation, forecasting, and predictive modeling using statistical techniques.
  • Develop, fine-tune, and monitor predictive models to interpret trends and patterns within the real estate portfolio, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Design and deliver interactive data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate key performance indicators to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales teams and senior management to understand business needs and develop data-driven strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations, ensuring robust data architecture and warehousing practices to support efficient data usage and accessibility.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, mathematics, engineering, or other discipline; master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar function, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment; preferably in real estate financial or insurance industries.
  • Proficiency in analytics and predictive tools such as R, Python, SQL, open source statistical and data warehousing tools, Data governance concepts
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Proficient in AI tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility in managing multiple projects, and a commitment to high standards of customer service.
