Executive Chef – Vegan Restaurant Salary: $90,000–$100,000 We are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision of a thriving, chef-driven vegan restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is inspired by plant-based cuisine and committed to excellence in food, team leadership, and guest experience. Responsibilities: Lead all culinary operations, including menu development, recipe creation, and execution of innovative, seasonal vegan dishes Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise BOH staff while fostering a positive, respectful kitchen culture Manage food costs, labor, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with ownership and management to align culinary direction with brand and business goals Remain calm, organized, and solutions-oriented in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in a high-quality restaurant environment Strong background or genuine passion for vegan/plant-based cuisine Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Financial acumen with experience controlling food and labor costs A creative mindset with the ability to execute consistently at a high level Commitment to hospitality, sustainability, and culinary excellence What We Offer: Competitive salary of $90,000–$100,000, based on experience Opportunity to shape and elevate a respected vegan concept Collaborative, supportive ownership and leadership team Room for creativity, growth, and long-term career development If you are a driven culinary professional ready to lead a forward-thinking vegan kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.
