with an eye for detail in the fields of Steakhouses, Casual American fare and Lakefront dining.   Positions available in Highlands NC and Six Mile SC, Lake Keowee

main responsibilities, expo, consistency, prep lists, forward-thinking, ordering, inventory of daily and weekly items, training staff
