We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee 6-7 locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a team of managers to success.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
- Supervise and support store managers in daily operations
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Lead initiatives for business development and market expansion
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure consistent service quality across all locations
- Oversee sales strategies and performance targets
- Coordinate projects and initiatives to drive overall success
