Job Description: We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible knowing the menu, food, cocktails (classics and original signature), wine, and beer to our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring that all drink orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beer to our guests
  • Remain knowlegable about the food menu and be prepared to help guests with any questions/requests
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and energetic atmosphere at the bar
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Ensure accuracy of drink orders and deliver them in a timely manner
  • Uphold all state and local laws and regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages
  • Work closely with other members of the restaurant team to ensure exceptional service for our guests
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar
  • Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Familiarity with state and local laws and regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
