The Alderman is an 80 seat restaurant in Times Square looking to add to it's leadership team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the oversight of all food & beverage operations. In tandem with the Director of Food & Beverage, this role will handle responsibilities including but not limited to: The hiring of kitchen employees. Menu & service development alongside RHG leadership. Scheduling Communication with other depts. within the property. Team member development & training based on RHG standards. Health Dept. compliance oversight. Invoice processing & ordering. +++ This role will be crucial to the success of the Alderman, and most importantly must be filled by a leader who can inspire. Our expectation is for the Executive Chef to work side by side with the team to help develop the concept. This is a 100% hands-on position. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to show their skill and grow with an up & coming hospitality group.
