This role is responsible for taking orders, operating the point-of-sale system, and serving food accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced food hall environment. Located in the iconic Starrett Lehigh Building, Olly Olly Market features nine fast-casual concepts from celebrated New York chefs and two vibrant bars. The Cashier works closely with kitchen and front of house teammates to support daily service while maintaining a clean, organized, and guest ready space Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:Take guest orders, process payments, and serve food in a friendly and professional manner.Operate the Toast POS system accurately and efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cashier and service area.Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teammates to support smooth service flow.Perform opening and closing side work tasks as assigned by managers or Olly Olly Market Management.Assist with restocking, cleaning, and general shop upkeep as needed.Support a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment by collaborating across roles.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.About You:Brings a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude to the role.Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with guests and coworkers.Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift.Able to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and use hands and arms throughout the workday.Able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds.
