Hamlin House is a Florida-inspired social and racquet club redefining hospitality in Orlando’s SoDo neighborhood. We’re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Floor Manager to lead the opening of our high-end dining experience. About the Role As Restaurant Floor Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure flawless guest experiences, and build a best-in-class front-of-house team. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the culture, service standards, and operational excellence of a concept that blends the energy of sport with the polish of fine dining. Responsibilities Lead, train, and inspire a service-driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to execute seamless service for restaurant, bar, and events Manage scheduling, floor operations, and guest relations with attention to detail and grace under pressure Uphold high standards for presentation, hospitality, and team culture Monitor financial performance, labor, and inventory to achieve operational goals Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing a high-end or fine-casual restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills — ability to motivate and mentor A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest moments Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment (restaurant, lounge, events) POS and reservation system experience (OpenTable, Toast, SevenRooms, or similar) What We Offer Competitive Salary Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid sick and vacation days Exclusive dining discounts at JF Restaurants Join us in delivering exceptional experiences at Hamlin House.To learn more, visit www.hamlinhouse.com and jfrrestaurants.com JF Restaurants is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
