The facility requires a provider with eligibility for board certification, and while board certification is not mandatory, the provider must hold an active medical license in the state of Michigan. Call Responsibilities: You'll be handling a variety of pediatric cases, with an average of 2 patients per shift and rounding on unassigned patients in the department. The facility has a total of 5 beds and requires admissions as part of the responsibilities. The call type is beeper, and the average call number per 24 hours varies. A quick response time of 30 minutes is expected, with phone consults included in the duties. Credentialing and Licensing: Providers interested in this role must possess the necessary certifications, including BLS and PALS, with ATLS and ACLS not required. The facility does not reimburse for licensing costs, and the estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days. Temporary privileges are available for the right candidate.
