Call is included in this position.The neurosurgery NP or PA will join a dedicated team of providers at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center covering all areas of neurosurgery including spine, cranial, trauma and vascular.The successful Physician Assistant must be a graduate of an ARC-approved physician assistant program, eligible or certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants and eligible or certified by the State Board of Medicine.The successful Nurse Practitioner candidate will have a certificate of completion from an approved program for Nurse Practitioners and must be eligible for or certified by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. An acute care certification is required for this position.
