We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team on a part-time basis and support our growing patient population.This opportunity is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is fluent in Spanish, passionate about urology, and eager to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.Compensation & Benefits$80 $90 per hour, based on experienceFlexible part-time scheduleComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligibility based on hours)Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays (pro-rated)Life and disability insurance401(k) with company matchingOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environmentKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will:Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients in outpatient and inpatient settingsProvide direct patient care as a Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, ensuring clear, culturally competent communicationAssist urologists in procedures and surgeries, contributing to improved patient outcomesOrder, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and imagingPrescribe medications and deliver patient education in both English and SpanishCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within a multidisciplinary teamMaintain accurate and timely medical documentationStay current with urology best practices and clinical advancements as a Urology NP or PAQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programActive, unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantNational certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)2+ years of urology experience preferred, but motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants will be consideredFluent in Spanish (required)Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantCommitment to high-quality, patient-centered careWhy Doral Health & Wellness?At Doral Health & Wellness, Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants play a critical role in providing accessible, high-quality care to our diverse communities.
