Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician Locum Tenens - Champaign, IL Ascend Medical Staffing is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician for a locum tenens opportunity in a regional medical center in Champaign, IL. Opportunity Details Location: Regional Medical Center in Champaign, ILSchedule: One week per month, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with call coverage from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM.Patient Volume: See approximately 5-10 patients per day in the clinic, with 2-5 NICU consults per week.Case Mix: The practice is a multispecialty group and hospital. Daily responsibilities include outpatient clinic work with a focus on new consults and some follow-up appointments.Patient Population: The patient mix is 90% pediatric and 10% adolescent.Support Staff: You will be part of a team that includes 2 MDs, 2 APPs, 2.5 RNs, 2 PSRs, and 2 CMAs/MAs.EMR: The facility uses Epic.Licensure: An active Illinois medical license is required.Credentialing: The credentialing process takes approximately 60 days.Compensation: We offer a competitive pay rate, along with covered expenses and occurrence form malpractice coverage.
