This Quality Technician position performs inspections of the Companys products to determine conformance with specifications.Highlights and BenefitsQuarterly profit-sharing bonus; eligible upon hirePaid time off401(k) with company matchPaid holidaysTuition / professional development reimbursementHealth, dental, and vision insuranceOptional HSA with company contributionShort-term disability, long term disability, and life insurance at no costLimitless opportunity for advancementRequirements:Performing parts cleaning operation utilizing a pressure washerUtilizing standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, and test rigsProcessing associated documentation including process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material documentsWorking under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniquesPerforming daily audits of processesDisposition non-conforming productPerforming other work-related duties as assignedKnowledge, skills, and abilitiesHigh School Diploma or GED required (Additional Training / Education taken into consideration)Minimum of 2 years of inspection experience in an aerospace precision machining environmentKnowledgeable and skilled in the use of standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, and test rigsAbility to read engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection instructionsMechanical aptitude to adjust / repair gages and fixturesAbility to identify / troubleshoot machining issuesAbility to work under direct supervision and to follow written instructions and techniquesMust be willing to work hands-onAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet time sensitive deadlinesBasic mechanical / mathematical aptitude requiredBasic computer skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Princeton Precision Group abides by applicable export control laws including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in accordance with the company's export control procedures. Most positions require access to ITAR/EAR-controlled information. As such, persons considered for this position must be either a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder) or otherwise classifiable as a U.S. Person under relevant regulations.Compensation details: 18-18 Hourly WagePIfeaeb2-
