Overview Unified Women's Healthcare is the leading national platform for women's healthcare in over 22 states. Our affiliate, Avina Women's Care, is seeking an OBGYN experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to work part time (3 days per week) in their Columbus Ohio practice seeing OB and GYN patients. This position could potentially grow into a full-time role as well. Candidate must have prior experience working as a WHNP and experience in OBGYN. Position Highlights: Work alongside 2 OBGYN physicians No call requirements Part Time weekday hours only (Potential for future full time) One office location Perform patient exams, screenings, treatments, and record patient health history Prescribe medications, therapies; order/perform and interpret diagnostic testing and procedures Provide pre- and post-natal care, family planning services, and patient education and counseling Compensation/Benefits Highlights: Competitive compensation Company paid malpractice coverage Supportive and appreciative culture Requirements: National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician One year of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred About Avina Women's Care: Avina Women's Care is Columbus' leading OB/GYN, fertility & women's reproductive healthcare provider.
