From repairing motors to preventing issues before they start, youll be the hands-on expert who keeps production on track.If you thrive on challenges and take pride in precision, join us and help power the flavors people love.Compensation:$23 - $40 hourlyResponsibilities:What Youll Be DoingPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of food production machinery, systems, and equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues quickly and effectivelydowntime is your enemy, and you dont let it winRespond to urgent maintenance calls and production interruptions with confidence and urgencyRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals like a bossUse tools of the trade to get things done right the first timeDocument maintenance work, part usage, and system updates to keep things organized and audit-readyCollaborate with production staff and leadership to ensure minimal disruption and maximum performanceMaintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspaceyou know that a tidy shop is a productive shopQualifications:What Were Looking ForA solid mechanical background, ideally with 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceWorking knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other food production equipmentComfortable with tools, ladders, lifts, and getting your hands dirtyWillingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts when neededSafety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practicesBonus points if youve worked in a food processing environment or have a maintenance certification, but attitude and skills matter mostAbout CompanyWhats in It for You$1,000 sign-on bonusBenefits: Health, dental, and vision coverageFuture Planning: 401(k) with company matchRecharge Time: Paid time off & holidaysPerks: Employee discounts on Sandridge favoritesGrowth: Real opportunities to advancewe love promoting from withinAgency Disclaimer:We are not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms or staffing agencies.
