UPMC in Central Pa is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider specializing in Structural Cardiology to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position will play a crucial role in the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. The selected provider will work closely with cardiologists, interventionalists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes. About the position: Patient-centered medical home model Active population health program EPIC EMR Structured orientation and mentorship program Provides care at multiple locations in and around Harrisburg, Pa 50% outpatient care Valve clinic tandem visits with heart team of interventional cardiologist and cardiac surgeons Two - three independent clinic days per week 50% inpatient care H&P consultations Pre and post care management of structural heart patients Hospital discharges Participate in clinical trial of novel devices in structural heart disease. Desired Candidate: Graduate of accredited CRNP/PA program Two - three years' experience in adult cardiology Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients. Ability to work independently.
