Responsibilities : Includes policy development, staff supervision, recruitment, PCMH implementation, and EMR utilization • ? Location : Phoenix, Arizona Minimum Requirements for Consideration • ? Minimum two years of management experience in an FQHC or similar healthcare agency • ? Master ' s degree in public health administration or related field (preferred) • ? Board Certified in Family Medicine • ? Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license • ? Valid DEA registration • ?
