Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time leadership position with amazing annual stipend
- Clinical hours: only (6) 24-hour shifts per month required

- $50,000 Start Date Bonus - paid on 1st paycheck
- $10,000 Relocation bonus (if applicable) - paid on 1st paycheck
- Holiday bonus for New Year's Eve (night shift), New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
- Business Expense Reimbursement Account for CME, professional dues, etc.
- TX Medical License and DEA procurement assistance, if needed

- Company paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
Opportunity Details:
- Full time, benefits eligible
- Annual deliveries: Around 2,700
- Envision OBGYN Hospitalist cover less than 10%
- Level III NICU
- Subspecialty coverage includes Neonatology, MFM, and Anesthesia
- ABOG Board certification required
- Leadership experience preferred
- High risk obstetrics training and 5+ years post-residency clinical experience required
Responsibilities of Medical Director include:
- Clinical patient care and in-house responsibilities: Delivery room, Triage, Full Spectrum OBGYN Hospitalist work
- Physician schedules
- Ensure safe, quality patient care for physician team
- Liaison between hospital and Envision
- Attend meetings, as necessary
Medical City Plano is home to Collin County s first and only Burn and Reconstructive Center, the hospital is also a comprehensive (Level I) Stroke Center, chest pain accredited and contains a Level III NICU. Medical City Plano is a 603-bed hospital that delivers 2,700 babies annually.
