Job Description & RequirementsAllergy & Immunology PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F 8-5 Pay Rate: $190000.00 - $220000.00 Incoming candidate can expect:Fully functioning allergy clinicOutpatient, no nights/weekendsShots/Biologic patients oversightVolumes: 14-16/day + 50 shotsPhysician owned group- 4 owners Compensation:Base salary + bonus (% of net profit)Year 1-2: 25%Year 3-4: 35%Year 5 & beyond: 50% net profitAnnual Revenue Bonus years 1-5 if you surpass gross annual revenue10k relocation allowance15 PTO days + 5 days for CME ($3,500 annual) Community Highlights: Beaches, parks, water sports, and wildlife galore.
