We place a strong emphasis on training and development. As a Quick Lane Technician, you will be sent to factory Ford training on a regular basis and encouraged to continuously expand your skills. This role is designed to be transitional, preparing you for long-term growth and advancement within our service department.Quick Lane Technicians are responsible for providing fast, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks, and multi-point inspections.
