Sales Support Specialist

You are a friendly and detail-oriented individual who excels at providing excellent customer service and efficiently processing online orders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and maintaining positive customer interactions.

This position pays: $20.00 per hour

Location: Sacramento, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Temp to hire

What you will be doing:

  • Check for and process online orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Import and process online orders using company systems.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to obtain necessary information for order processing.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer profiles.
  • Take customer orders over the phone as experience increases.
  • Document customer feedback and relay it to appropriate team members, ensuring timely follow-up on requests and issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to maintain up-to-date website information.
What you bring:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone presence.
  • Strong computer proficiency, ideally with experience using Mac/Apple systems.
  • Ability to maintain organized and accurate records.
  • Ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
