In this role, you will be primarily responsible for configuring and optimizing the Alfa software platform, which serves as a critical solution for an auto finance company. You will work closely with the configuration team and internal stakeholders to ensure that the Alfa application is customized and set up according to business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Alfa software platform, experience with table and access configurations, workflow customization, ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ability to query the Alfa ODS.Responsibilities: Configure the Alfa software platform to meet the specific needs of an auto finance company operating in the United States. Implement system customizations, including the setup of organizations, product configurations, workflows, and user permissions. Work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable configurations. Develop technical documentation, data mapping (Alfa UI to ODS), and configuration guides as needed. Conduct functional testing to ensure that the Alfa configurations meet business requirements and are error-free. Perform system validation and troubleshooting to ensure smooth integration and functionality across the platform. Assist in training sessions and documentation to help users understand and effectively use the configured system. Assess and recommend improvements to the existing Alfa configuration to ensure alignment with evolving business needs. Prepare Alfa Configuration release notes and deliver announcements to project teams.Qualifications: Proven experience configuring the Alfa software platform. Familiarity with the auto finance sector. Experience with data analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Alfa Application and Configuration. Experience in querying Alfa ODS using SQL or similar tools (e.g. SAS). Familiarity with Agile and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies managed through Azure DevOps.
