About the Opportunity: • Job Title: CNC Mill/Turn (Lathe) Machinist • Pay Rate Range: $26-39/Hour • Location: Forest Lake, MN • Schedule: 1 st Shift, Mon-Thurs 7AM-4PM • Position Type: Direct Hire CNC Mill/Turn (Lathe) Machinist Requirements and Qualifications: Experience with programming, set up, and operating vertical and horizontal machining centers. CAD/CAM software experience required (Mastercam preferred) 2 years technical or trade school degree with emphasis on precision component manufacturing preferred, or year for year equivalent experience. 5 years machining experience in a tool shop environment, preferred. Supplier Quality Engineer Certification is a plus. Valid identification and the ability to work legally in the United States, required.

Lifting 40lbs. Standing for long durations of time. Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools. CNC Mill/Turn (Lathe) Machinist Toolmaker Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the building and repair of plastic injection molds within customer specifications.

Troubleshoot problems and arrive with an action plan to correct the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Operate all necessary equipment in a safe manner in the shop with little or no supervision. Wear safety equipment that is relevant to the position or job being performed or equipment being used. Work cooperatively with all employees.

Take responsibility to see jobs are completed when due. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
