Must-Have:

• 8+ years of experience in NOC
• Experienced utilizing monitoring tools like BMC Remedy, PRTG, Site24x7, and AppDynamics tool
• Prior experience in adding monitors to web monitoring tools and network monitoring tools
• Certification related to NOC or in ITIL latest versionNice to Have:
• Prior experience in managing / coordinating with stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies i.e. routers, servers etc.
