To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

•Responsible for ensuring products produced meet customer quality standards.

•Identify root cause and implement permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.

•Lead, Develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention in a team environment.

•Train and support groups of shop floor associates with quality assurance.

This full-time role is a part of our Bluffton Quality team and reports to the Quality Manager.

Required experience:

•Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Senior level QE, preferably in a metal's environment or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
