Join Our Team at Hospital for Behavioral Medicine

The team at Hospital for Behavioral Medicine includes psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, therapists, and educators who collaborate to provide exceptional care.

  • Makes referrals for further diagnostic psychological or medical testing as needed
  • Prepares documentation in accordance with Hospital for Behavioral Medicine's policies and all regulatory and accrediting bodies
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Master's Program (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of Massachusetts, holds their Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration, and Drug Enforcement Agency license
Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting, with hospital experience preferred

Successful completion CPR certification and CPI training to within 30 days of employment prior to assisting with restraining procedures
