Mechanical Engineer - Mid-Level - PE license Chantilly, VA (hybrid)

Our team operates in challenging environments globally to provide services to various governmental agencies.

The Challenge:

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with a PE license and HVAC design experience to join our Chantilly, VA office.

This role requires US Citizenship for work on federal government projects.

Principal Areas of Responsibility:
  • Mechanical Engineering degree from accredited US universities required
  • Assist in providing essential design, administrative reports, and technical knowledge
  • Responsible for mechanical engineering work
  • Review contractor submittals and design calculations
  • Prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Independent Government Estimates (IGEs)
  • Coordinate project status reports and other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years' HVAC design experience
  • Recent REVIT, AutoCAD Experience
  • PE License required
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processors, and email
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Supervisory experience
  • HVAC and Fire Protection Design Experience
  • Knowledge of Commissioning
