Position Options:
- Swingturnist / Extended Hours Option in Middletown, DE:
- Work evening hours from 8 p.m. to Midnight at select locations.
- Full-time Swingturnist receives an additional $15K annually (proportional for FTE).
- Opportunities for extra shifts available at premium rates.
- 0.525 FTE: 20 clinical hours + 1 admin hour/week (4 x 16-hr shifts + 2 x 8-hr weekends or 5 x 16-hr shifts per 4-week block)
- 0.625 FTE: 24 clinical hours + 1 admin hour/week (4 x 16-hr shifts + 4 x 8-hr weekends or 6 x 16-hr shifts per 4-week block)
- 0.84 FTE: 32 clinical hours + 1.5 admin hours/week (8 x 16-hr shifts per 4-week block)
- 0.95 FTE: 36 clinical hours + 2 admin hours/week (9 x 16-hr shifts or 12 x 12-hr shifts per 4-week block)
- 1.0 FTE: 38 clinical hours + 2 admin hours/week (10 x 16-hr shifts or 8 x 16-hr shifts + 4 x 8-hr weekends per 4-week block)
- Weekend Provider Option in Middletown, DE:
- Exclusively work on weekends.
- 24 clinical hours on Saturday and Sunday (2 x 12-hr shifts or 1 x 8-hr shift + 1 x 16-hr shift).
- Extended Weekend Option: Add clinical hours on Monday for a 32-36 hour workweek.
- Flexible Schedule Options in Newark, DE:
- Full-Time, Full-Time Flex (.95 FTE, 3 days/week), or Part-Time options (.78, .63, or .5 FTE).
- Benefits accessible for .6 FTE and above.
- Per Diem choices also provided.
- 'Weekends only' selection offered.
- Several centers are preparing to offer extended hours: Noon to Midnight and/or 8 a.m. to Midnight (premium rates are applicable).
Hiring Locations:
- Delaware: North Wilmington/Greenville, Newark, Middletown, Dover
- Maryland: North East, Elkton
- Our centers are operational 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with extended hours on the horizon.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Board-certified NP or PA, eligible for DE and/or MD licensure.
- Minimum of one year of recent full-time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
- Proficient in minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), interpreting EKGs and X-rays, and treating patients of all age groups.
