Key Responsibilities:
  • Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Deliver skilled nursing care according to orders
  • Recognize signs of changes in patient condition
  • Collect, analyze, and document health data
Requirements:
  • Active LPN/LVN license in the relevant state
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray clearance
  • Valid BLS certification
