• Lead the development of new adhesive products in various markets utilizing polymers, catalysts, modifiers, and monomers.
• Manage technical aspects of projects within the company's development process.
• Identify project goals, design requirements, and conduct necessary evaluations.
• Conduct patent searches and lead the scale-up of formulations from lab to commercial batches.
• Collaborate with internal departments for technology transfer and determine product specifications.
• Provide support for existing products, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
• Manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team utilizing laboratory equipment.
• Hands-on involvement in the laboratory and overseeing lab technician activities.
• Stay updated on safety and regulatory requirements for current and new products.
